Volunteer is grey in the system: The primary support inquiries we have received is about volunteers whose names/accounts appear in grey. In almost all cases presented to us, the volunteer completed his e-signature, but did not complete the background check consent process in the Verified Volunteer system. Player is grey in the system: For players whose names/accounts appear in grey, in almost all cases presented to us, the parent did not complete their e-signature, or attended the live registration and did not follow up by completing their e-signature.
A child cannot be placed on an AYSO team and notified of practices/games until we receive an electronic signature. Please login to your computer account and finish the registration. If you need help in the meantime, a dedicated support line for AYSO parents and coaches is now available for Blue Sombrero registration issues. Wrong player information: Parents can now edit the DOB, first and last name, and gender of a player on their own account. Admins or parents can:- Login to the account.
- Click the pencil and paper icon next to the participant’s name.
- Update the information including name, gender, and date of birth.
